For example, we can prepare a Statement of Costs to enable not only the damages claim to settle but also the costs. In the event that costs cannot be concluded at a JSM then the schedule can be utilised to obtain a payment on account of costs. We are also able to attend any JSM and provide guidance and assistance on the possible conclusion of the costs at this stage.
